Comes with 3 pairs! Be sure to take the 3 pairs and separate the R & L insoles for each. You should have a total of 6 insoles – 3 right, 3 left. Can be trimmed to fit your shoe size. Thin profile insole designed to not crowd toes in shoes.

OverviewWHO TO USE:
Step 1: Separate the left & right insoles in each of the 3 pairs – they will come stuck together (6 insoles are inside the Go Sockless packaging). Each insole should have a grey fabric top and a white foam bottom. Step 2: Trim the sizing card to match your shoe size. Step 3. Trace the outline of the sizing card on each insole. Step 4: Trim the left and right insole and place into shoes, fabric side UP.
